The City of Madison is inviting locals to learn more about the Lake Monona Waterfront Design Challenge during a series of in-person + virtual meetings from October through January.

The three events include a challenge kick-off, midpoint check-in, and final team presentation. Here’s what to know.

Mon., Oct. 3 | 6-8 p.m. | Madison Central Library, 201 W. Mifflin St.
Join this live stream to meet the design teams + learn about their visions for this project’s master plan.

🚧 Design challenge check-in
Mon., Nov. 7 | 6-9 p.m. | Monona Terrace and Convention Center, 1 John Nolen Dr.
Hear from teams about initial thoughts + concepts for executing the lakefront redesign.

🚧 Design challenge master plan presentations
Thurs., Jan. 26 | 6-9 p.m. | Olin Park Center, 330 E. Lakeside St.
Meet and greet with design teams + see their final plans for the project.
