From the editor
Shoutout to reader Rick R. for the Zen Ramen recommendation, my favorite part of a good bowl of ramen is a perfectly cooked egg. Sequoia is in my neighborhood, and its spicy miso ramen is a go-to for weeknight takeout in the winter.
