Overture Galleries’ 2022 fall exhibition

This week, Overture Center opened its 2022 fall exhibitions which celebrate diverse artists, ideas and interpretations. See the work on display in Overture’s galleries through Sun., Dec. 4.

Works from 50+ local and regional artists are showcased throughout galleries I, II, and III, in addition to the Playhouse Gallery. Learn, more below, about the artists in residency and what to expect from this season’s display.

Mark Pflughoeft & Kelly Jean Ohl find inspiration from the natural world + draw on these elements through paintings and textured ceramics.

🖼️ Gallery II:
Douglas Yu, Michael Knapstein & Christian Strait use photography and charcoal drawings to express unique macro, mezzo, and micro perspectives of subjects.

🖼️ Gallery III:
Leo Salazar & Michael Wartgow make use of abstract art + layered work to engage viewers and make them feel present.
