Hit the streets
If you think you have what it takes to start your own food truck, there are a few hoops to jump through before hitting the streets.
- Create an account on the licenses + permits portal
- Obtain a basic street vendor license before applying for food vending
- Complete proper business registration
- Apply for a license/registration (choose “Vending - Mall Food” in your portal)
All Mall/Concourse food vending sites for the current vending year have already been assigned. Applications must be submitted by Tuesday, August 1 for a chance to secure a food truck site for next year.
