Sun Prairie is painting the town. Nine artists from the area and beyond have been working on large murals inspired by one of the city’s most famous natives, Georgia O’Keeffe. Feeling spontaneous? Make plans to attend the reveal party tonight from 5 to 8 p.m.
Community
Occupy Madison will open its third village of tiny homes this fall on South Stoughton Road. The new neighborhood, which will house people who are at risk of homelessness, includes 22 tiny residences + a community center. (Wisconsin State Journal)

We’re dancing through life, because “Wicked” will return to Overture Hall Wednesday, July 9-Sunday, July 27. Snag tickets to a show and add on a trip to The Ozdust Lounge for themed drinks, snacks, and souvenirs.
Sports
Puck yeah. Former University of Wisconsin athlete Brianna Decker will soon be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame, making her the first Badgers player to earn the honor. She’ll be inducted on Monday, Nov. 10 in Toronto. (Wisconsin State Journal)
Festival
The countdown is on for the Dane County Fair’s return. Secure your spot to enjoy carnival rides, kid-friendly activities, fair food, live performances, and farming showcases Thursday, July 17-Saturday, July 20.
