Nine local creatives have formed a cooperative to combat pricey rent. Part of a four-story building at 107 Sutherland Ct., Ground Floor Studios was bought for $479,800 from its original developer, Accipiter Properties. It now shares the building with Linden Cohousing. (Wisconsin State Journal)
