  • Oliv | 339 W. Gorham St. | Geared towards students and young professionals, these centrally-located apartments will be livable come 2024.
  • Bayview Townhomes | 601 Bay View Dr. | Phase two of the Bayview redevelopment is set to begin this year. Phase one included a new apartment building on the corner of Regent Street and West Washington Avenue.
  • The Moment | 131 W. Wilson St. | The lot that once belonged to Paisan’s is projected to be home to a 200+ unit luxury apartment complex.
  • Lucky’s 1313 | 1313 Regent St. | Construction is underway for this housing project that will add units above the popular college bar as well as an adjoining complex on Bowen Court
