Butterbird | 1134 Regent St., Madison | Opening fall of 2023
The Harvey House is opening a sister restaurant this fall that will feature more casual fare than its upscale supper club menu. Think: Fried and rotisserie chicken, draft cocktails, bar snacks.

Fabiola’s | 1301 Regent St. | TBD
Goodbye Rocky Rococo’s, hello Fabiola’s. The owners of Leopold’s Cafe will turn its adjoining space — which used to be home to Rocky Rococo’s — into an old-school Italian eatery in an attempt to “bring red sauce back to Greenbush.”
