For his 103rd birthday, Lt. Col. Harry Dillon Baker’s family is asking locals to send birthday cards and well wishes to the WWII veteran.

Madison WWII veteran Lt. Col. Harry Dillon Baker will celebrate his 103rd birthday on Monday, Oct. 9. To honor the special occasion, his family and the Wisconsin Veterans Museum invites Wisconsinites to send well wishes and birthday cards.
