We’re only one month into the six-month golf season here in the 608. There are four golf courses that operate under the City of Madison — if you want to get in on the action, we’ve got you covered.

Passes

Summer Junior Pass | $130 | Thursday, June 1-Thursday, August 31

  • Short-term membership for young golfers under the age of 17
  • Valid at all courses (all day Monday-Thursday, after 11 a.m. Friday-Sunday)

20 Cart Punch Pass | $360 | Never expires

  • Redeemable for 20 18-hole cart rides — 9 holes = 1/2 punch
  • Valid at all courses

20 Bucket Punch Pass | $220 | Never expires

  • Redeemable for 20 large buckets of range balls
  • Valid at Yahara, Odana, and Monona courses

Leagues

Amateur Golf Association
Join the Madison chapter of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association to take part in organized golf outings, LPGA competitive events, and golf travel experiences — the ladies are heading to the DR next year.

Madison Area Retiree Golfer Association
MARGA was started in 1978 by a group of Madison-area men who wanted to play on a scheduled basis. Today, seven leagues play at all four city courses.

Odana Hills Golf Association
All you need is a current WSGA handicap to participate in a few competitive, fun events a year with local golf lovers. Reach out today to get in on this weekend’s Yellow Ball event.

Women’s Municipal Golf Association
Established in 1953, this association has 9 and 18-hole leagues that play on Tuesday mornings. The season kicks off this week, sign up today.

Events

From live music and movie nights to a variety of corporate event packages, the city’s golf courses offer an array of public + private events.

This Saturday, May 20 is Volunteer Day at the Glen. Reach out to coordinator Dave Vetrovec to get involved with this ongoing volunteer program that covers land management, horticultural design, and program support.
