Hit the streets

If you think you have what it takes to start your own food truck, there are a few hoops to jump through before hitting the streets.

  1. Create an account on the licenses + permits portal
  2. Obtain a basic street vendor license before applying for food vending
  3. Complete proper business registration
  4. Apply for a license/registration (choose “Vending - Mall Food” in your portal)

All Mall/Concourse food vending sites for the current vending year have already been assigned. Applications must be submitted by Tuesday, August 1 for a chance to secure a food truck site for next year.
