The city’s annual Trucks and Treasures event is returning to Madison this Saturday, Sept. 16 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Warner Park (2930 N. Sherman Ave.)

Kids and families are invited to experience some of Madison’s biggest rigs in an educational and hands-on way.

To name a few:

  • Dump truck
  • Metro Transit bus
  • Street sweeper
  • Police car
  • Fire trucks
  • Mini Excavator

In addition to exploring the local vehicles, there will also be a garage sale on-site. This is an opportunity for your kids to crack open those piggy banks, and in this case, maybe even rake up some cash themselves. That’s because this isn’t your average garage sale...

This kids-to-kids garage sale will feature local littles selling some of their unused treasures to their peers. Think: Books, toys, bikes.
