Centro Hispano of Dane County is preparing to break ground on its new facility.
Here are a few fast facts about the organization and its new project:

  • The organization serves over 2,500 Latinx families each year
  • Centro spent $1 purchasing the lots for the new location from the City
  • At 25,000 sqft, this larger facility will allow an expansion of youth and workforce programs
  • The cost of the new facility is $20 million
  • This new building will be right around the corner from the current location on Badger Way

In order to support this endeavor, Centro Hispana launched its Calli Campaign. The organization hopes to raise $20 million by the end of 2023. With the help of donations from the community, the organization has already raised over $16 million.
