Forward Theater announces its season 16 lineup

Grab your tickets for the upcoming season which takes place at the Overture Center.

The Forward Theater Company announced its season 16 lineup. The season’s theme, “Through Thick and Thin,” encapsulates the intricacies of relationships — family, friendship, and love.

Shows will run from September of 2024 through April 2025 at the Playhouse in the Overture Center. Season tickets range from $120-$400.

King James | Sept. 12-29
This fast-paced comedy celebrating LeBron James’ impact on Cleveland explores loyalty, legacy, and the connection between two die-hard fans.

Murder Girl | Nov. 7-24
Set in a Wisconsin supper club, this lighthearted story centers around found family. Twins struggle to run their family business amidst a murderous subplot.

Summer, 1976 | Jan. 30–Feb. 16
During a bicentennial summer in Ohio, Diana and Alice become close friends while sharing their experiences being mothers and wives.

A Case for the Existence of God | March 27–April 13
Two men in Idaho forge a profound bond while discovering the meaning of life among other things like loan terms, family life, and personal dreams.
