Get stoked for a sticker (and the pride of doing your civic duty). The 2022 partisan primary election is upon us. Voting takes place on Tues., Aug. 9, and we can’t wait to color in some bubbles. Here’s how to get involved and what you’ll be voting on.

First things first, make sure you’re registered + eligible to vote.

🗳️ When can you vote?
Voters can cast their ballot at their registered polling location from 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Today, Thurs., Aug. 4 is the last day to submit a request for an absentee ballot — register here.
Pro tip: Review acceptable photo IDs for in-person voting.

In a partisan primary, voters select a candidate to be a political party’s nominee for a given office in the corresponding general election
